Sao Noi Salsa

Serves: 3

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Sao Noi Ginger Chili Oil½  teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tomatoes2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
½ white onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, chopped
2 green onions, choppedPinch of salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
